What is My Story?

I love Real Estate. When I was a kid, I was fascinated with Tom Vu,  who remembers him? 

True story,  I dreamt of a life filled with properties and yachts and cabana boys. 

Fast forward to the dawn of the millenium in the late fall of 1999, in beautiful downtown Parkdale  I bought my very first house. It was filthy and disgusting!

At the time I was not an agent but I knew this house was the only way.  I went to work and made that house a beautiful home filled with lots of love and laughter for many years. The whole time I was with the skinny Victorian, I was pining over a big giant box with a fantastic view of the lake, in beautiful downtown Parkdale. I have now owned that box for more than ten years. I love it here and its filled with 3 happy long term tenants, and one short term rental. I still do not have a yacht or a cabana boy, but I am getting closer.

I have a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Pshychology (I know how to negotiate).

I have a certificate in Entrepreneurship. I understand numbers.

I have owned my own business since the 90s and been selling Real Estate in Toronto (and the burbs)  for well over a decade.

I have been a landlord since 1999

I am always thrilled to talk Real Estate. It is a love of mine, that I am honored to share with others
